Exclusions

  • Electrical – Repair of EWA infrastructure, all HV installation. Chandelier light and DB box fixing.
  • Plumbing – Repair of EWA infrastructure and concealed pipe works.
  • AC – Repair or breakdown call attending of Split AC.
  • Carpentry – Repair of loose furniture.

Terms and Conditions

The Deira Al-Ayoun for Maintenance & General Contracting Annual Maintenance Package plan covers all service and labor charges. Any additional spares parts and materials will be charged separately and will be carried out based on approval from the client.

Regular working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except for Fridays and public holidays and normal maintenance calls will be attended within 4 – 5 hours.

Emergency calls will be attended within 1- 2 hours.

Additional paid services with exclusive prices:

Our maintenance team will resolve the issues in the intense as possible, if it seems to be beyond the repair condition, the issue will be brought to the notice of the client.
